Minus Y does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third party because of your failure to read and adhere to the Terms and Conditions set out on this page.

Our Contract

Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions and, except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

We do not accept any responsibility for any amendments or changes we periodically make to the information contained in our website, and we reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions or the information in this website at any time.

Shipping

Our shipping is done through Australia Post and each item is registered with tracking information.

Once your item is made (generally no more than 2 weeks) the item will be posted and delivery details will be sent to you via email. Any information regarding your order can also be viewed at anytime through our website by logging in to your account.

We currently only take orders within Australia. If you are overseas feel free to contact us via email and we will see what we can do.

Customers shopping in Australia are required to pay Australian GST at the current rate.

Returns policy

We understand that it can be difficult to know if a piece will fit before trying it on. We offer an exchange of size however due to the custom nature of our business we cannot refund if you change your mind.

Please read the size guide thoroughly and feel free to email if you have any questions.

We do offer free custom fitting appointments in our Melbourne studio.

If you wish to ask a question, book an appointment or exchange an item for a different size, please email elissa@minusy.com.au.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please note that goods are faulty if they are deemed to contain a significant manufacturing fault. Our items are handmade with delicate fabrics and it is normal for there to be slight imperfections and inconsistencies. We cannot be held liable for minor faults or flaws that are considered normal in handmade products.

If there was a mistake on tour part, client will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

How to cancel your order?

We begin making your order very soon after we receive the details. If you have made a mistake and wish to cancel please send us through an email within 48 hours of making the order. There is no refund or exchange for cancellations or for change of mind after this period unless the goods are deemed faulty.
